The money, plainly

What's free, and what isn't.

The tools an agency uses every day cost nothing. Good data earns you credit. You pay only when you ask for outreach or put Jefferson to work, and your wallet always reads in US dollars. No subscription.

Lane 2 · Earn

Verified data earns you credit.

When the work you're already doing adds verified records to an insured's InsureBio profile, you earn bioTokens. Your wallet shows them in US dollars.

What earnsVerified carrier quotes, loss runs, policies and payment history, added as you work.
What doesn'tDuplicates and junk. Credit is for verified data, not volume.
What it's forSpending inside PolicyOS, on dead-file revival (Lane 3) and Jefferson's work (Lane 4).
Whose record it isThe insured owns their InsureBio profile. You control your agency's access, and every access is logged.

bioTokens are working credit for your agency inside PolicyOS. They are not an investment, and we don't describe them as one.

Lane 3 · Spend gas

Reviving dead files costs a little gas.

Quotes that never bound and policies that lapsed can be woken up by email, text, AI dial or postal mail. Each message uses a small amount of gas, paid from your wallet.

You choose the campaignWhich files, which channels, and when. Nothing sends until you start it.
You see the cost firstThe wallet reads in dollars, so you know what a campaign costs before it runs.
Consent is checkedRevival checks the client's consent before it texts or dials, and logs it.

Paid from what you earned in Lane 2, or from dollars you add to your wallet.

Lane 4 · Metered

Jefferson's work is metered, by model.

Jefferson is the AI assistant working behind the tools. When you put him to work on renewals, your inbox or dead files, his model calls are counted, and you pay for what he uses.

Counted per callEvery call is counted by model, and you can see the count.
Lighter work, lighter modelsShort replies and triage use light models. Long files and hard calls use heavier ones, which cost more.
Off until you say soNo subscription. If you never turn Jefferson on for this work, you never pay for it.

Your wallet

One balance, in US dollars.

Everything in Lanes 2 to 4 runs through one wallet, and it always shows dollars.

  • Money in: bioTokens you earn, and dollars you choose to add.
  • Money out: revival gas and Jefferson's metered work. Nothing else.
  • Free stays free: the Lane 1 tools never draw on it.

Questions

About paying for PolicyOS

Is there a subscription?

No. The tools are free. You only pay for revival gas and Jefferson's metered work, and only when you use them.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Join the waitlist, and when your invite arrives you can start with one quote.

Why do payments and finance need checks first?

Moving money needs merchant approval, as with any card or ACH processor. Financing a premium means lending against a policy, so we check licenses, capacity partners and codes first. Proposals, e-sign and checkout links work while those checks run.

Are bioTokens an investment?

No. They're working credit for your agency, shown in dollars, that you spend inside PolicyOS.

What happens to my balance if I stop?

Nothing breaks, and nothing is charged. Your records and history stay yours.
