Door 2 · Sign and get paid
Signed, paid and financed. In one link.
Keep your management system. Send the link from here. The insured signs, then pays in full or finances, from one page on their phone. You stop chasing checks.
Layer 1 · The tool (free)
E-sign, checkout and premium finance, free to use
An agent quotes a renewal in the system they already run. Then they build one checkout here, send it, and go to lunch. The insured does the rest.
- E-signApplications, ACORD forms and finance agreements, signed once on the checkout page. A signed copy lands in your inbox and theirs.
- Checkout links by email and SMSOne link per insured. Reminders go out on the schedule you set, and stop the minute they pay.
- Pay in fullCard or ACH. You see it cleared, not "in the mail."
- Premium finance after validationThe insured picks a down payment and a monthly plan on the same page. No separate finance application to chase.
- Loss runs, pulled for youAsk for them from the insured's page. They come back to the file, and they count toward Layer 2.

Merchant approval before money moves
Like any card or ACH processor, we approve your agency as a merchant before a dollar goes through. You fill in one short form at sign-up.
- Agency details and the bank account where money lands
- We review and approve
- Pay in full turns on in your checkouts
Setup check 2 · Premium finance
Finance turns on after we validate the agency
Financing a premium means lending against a policy, so we check three things first.
- Your agency and producer licenses
- Your capacity partners: the carriers and MGAs you write with
- Your producer and carrier codes, set up correctly
At launch a person does this review by hand. Once the checks are proven, we automate them.
Meanwhile
Links and e-sign work while those checks run. Send checkouts, collect signatures, and the payment options turn on by themselves when you're approved.
Free. Nothing to install. Your system stays exactly where it is.
Layer 2 · What your data became
Every payment and loss run filled a profile. You earned credit for it.
While you were collecting premium, each checkout, payment and loss run went into the insured's InsureBio profile. That record belongs to the insured. You earned bioTokens for helping build it, and the wallet shows them in US dollars.

You earn because the data is verified, not because it is plentiful. Junk records earn nothing.
The wallet reads in dollars. It's a working balance for your agency, not an investment.
Layer 3 · Who's been doing the work
Jefferson kept the books. He'd also like a word with your dead files.
Behind every payment is a file that almost didn't close, and a renewal that will come round again. Jefferson can chase the quotes that never bound, the policies that lapsed, and the renewals coming due, so you spend your day on the ones that answer.
"A lapsed policy is merely a customer who hasn't been asked properly."JEFFERSON · UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO BE MODEST
Jefferson's own thinking is metered in JCI tokens, counted by model. Lighter work uses lighter models, and you see the count.
Off until you say so. He's independent, not presumptuous.
Layer 4 · The bigger room
The tool was the front door. This is the rest of the house.
Every step here is optional. Some agencies stop at checkout and are glad they came. Others want the whole estate.
Now · Virtual Cabinet
Your vault, from day one
Every account starts with a virtual Cabinet: a hosted vault for your records, your chain identity, hosted Jefferson and your wallet.
Later · Physical Cabinet
On your desk, on your hardware
When you want it in your office, buy a Cabinet. The keys move from our custody to the device. Your address and your history stay the same. It's a move, nothing more.
The network and marketplace
Agencies, carriers and MGAs, one room
Find markets for the hard risks, share work with agencies you trust, and pick up tools other agencies built.
Coverage
Discounted E&O + Cyber
Agencies on the network qualify for discounted E&O and Cyber cover. Clean records and a proper vault make for a better risk.
While your data is hosted
You own it and control who sees it. We hold the keys for you, and every access shows up in your log.
Grows when you're ready. Not before.
Questions
Before you send the first link
Do I have to leave my current system?
No. PolicyOS works next to what you already use. Quote where you always quote, send the checkout from here, and forward the receipt back into your system the way you do today.
How long does merchant approval take?
Usually a few days, and we'll tell you exactly. Links and e-sign work while you wait.
Who can offer premium finance?
Any agency that passes validation: licenses checked, capacity partners confirmed, and producer and carrier codes set up. At launch we review each agency by hand. Later it's automated.
Where does the money go?
Pay-in-full payments settle to the bank account you set up during merchant approval. Financed premiums follow the finance agreement the insured signs: the down payment is collected at checkout, and the plan pays the premium on the insured's behalf.
